Gault & Millau 2024 Distinction

We are delighted to share our new recognition in the prestigious, internationally renowned gastronomic guide. With a special mention to the kitchen team led by Julien and the front-of-house team led by Cassandra.

The entire team is thrilled to announce our entry into the highly prestigious Gault&Millau guide! This internationally renowned French gastronomic guide is recognised for its restaurant evaluations and remains the second best-selling guide in France after the Michelin guide.

Founded by two French gastronomic critics, Henri Gault and Christian Millau, in 1972, the Gault&Millau guide now has editions worldwide. “True talent lies in simplicity, and that is the most complicated thing,” Christian Millau used to say.

Being referenced by Gault & Millau, in the Belleville Valley, alongside La Bouitte, Le Chalet de la Marine, La Maison, and Le Diamant Noir, is a true source of satisfaction for our team. And we will do everything to merit this distinction and perhaps even imagine more with your continued support!

With a score of 12/20, we now have a Gault&Millau toque!

“In the very exclusive village of Saint Martin de Belleville, few establishments have retained their old-world charm.” …
“The menu is rather generous, offering beautiful excursions into the Tarentaise region and beyond: Éric Jacquier’s fish are in good hands…”
