The Domaine de Taurenne has 11,000 olive trees in the Haut Var at an altitude ranging from 438 to 580m. It has its own mill with a 2-phase decanter to produce vintage olive oils.
All oils are filtered and refined in the vat room, then carefully packaged.
The production of Château de Taurenne olive oil is carried out exclusively from trees on the property, which spans 253 hectares of hills in the Verdon Natural Regional Park.
