On Tuesday 14 July, Le Montagnard opens its doors to you for an evening dedicated to conviviality and French gastronomy.
To celebrate the National Holiday, our chef has designed a unique menu that takes you on a discovery of the great regions of France. Each plate honours a local terroir, seasonal products and the expertise of our kitchen, in a summery and gourmet spirit.
A culinary journey through the French regions
Throughout the evening, let yourself be guided through the flavours of our gastronomic heritage:
- Amuse-bouche: Garlic snail puff pastry – Burgundy
- Starter: Maroilles cheese tartlet, mixed leaves – Hauts-de-France
- Fish: Red mullet fillet and mini ratatouille – Provence
- Main course: Summer veal blanquette, pilau rice – Île-de-France
- Dessert: Roasted peaches with honey and verbena – Nouvelle-Aquitaine
- Mignardise: Bordeaux canelé
