The whole team is delighted to announce our inclusion in the highly prestigious Gault&Millau guide! This internationally renowned French gastronomic guide is renowned for its assessment of restaurants, and remains the 2nd best-selling guide in France after the Michelin guide.
Founded by two French food critics, Henri Gault and Christian Millau, in 1972, the Gault&Millau guide is now published all over the world. « le vrai talent, c’est d’être simple, et c’est ce qui est le plus compliqué », disait Christian Millau.
