The village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville continues to evolve while preserving its authenticity.
The cottage adjacent to Le Montagnard, owned by Mr. Péchet, has just undergone a beautiful renovation. Formerly a barn, this building has now been given a new lease on life.
Traditional stone and wood blend harmoniously. The balconies and roofs evoke the charm of mountain architecture. This renovation thus unifies the appearance of the two buildings.
Work is progressing according to schedule. The project is therefore expected to be completed by the announced deadline.
At Le Montagnard, we are pleased to see our surroundings changing. These changes help preserve our village’s character and identity.
