Le Montagnard menu
Le Montagnard restaurant creates its menu of starters, main courses, and desserts with passion and commitment. Our chef, Adrien Morlet and his squad, works hand in hand with local producers: meat, vegetable, fish, spices, milk, cheese and even flowers come from close by! We grow our own family alpine garden in the pastures of Chez Pépé Nicolas farm between Les Menuires and Val Thorens. And we make our own cheese with our cows and goats pasturing during the summer around Chez Pépé Nicolas farm.
Since this summer, and according to the sanitary rules in force, we offer you a quality card in respect of the products and an economy of short circuits.

Our dishes change according to the seasons. We favor local produces to create gastronomic dishes that will arouse your taste buds! Foie gras with gingerbread, pâté croute, crayfish casserole, truffle velouté are ideal for starters. Among our main dishes, filet of trout, snacked scallops, lamp with sweet potatoes, or vegetarian or vegan salads are well appreciated. Our mountain burger with local cheese, our goat cheese raclette or beaufort fondue remain one of our most requested mountain specialties.
For gourmets, nothing is better to finish a meal than with a fine apple pie, a chestnut and blueberry biscuit, a lemon cake or sweet fresh mango and coco.
If you prefer having a drink with snack boards to share, you can definitely do so at Le Montagnard restaurant. Our menu includes montain board with deli, local bacon, pesto, rillettes with cashew bread, that you can mix with fried potatoes and various cocktails.
