Le Montagnard is located above the town hall of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.
You will be able to park your car in the parking spaces of the route de la Démontagnée. You'll only have a few meters to walk before turning into the rue de la Place and then get to the restaurant.
You can call park in rue de la Duche.
We are located above the town hall. You can access us by the stairs to the right of the kindergarten yard or on the left, via route de la Démontagnée, before turning onto Rue des Places.
From July 4th to August 28th, you can enjoy the lifts to reach Le Montagnard. Open from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, then from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The Saint-Martin 1 and Saint-Martin Express cable cars connect you easily to our village.
From Méribel, simply take the Tougnète 1 and 2 cable cars uphill, then descend via Saint-Martin Express and Saint-Martin 1. Once you arrive, a short walk from rue Georges Cumin will take you to Le Montagnard.

At Le Montagnard, we offer charging stations for electric bikes. Whether you arrive via the departmental road or by the trails, you’ll be able to reach our restaurant without difficulty.
Access to Le Montagnard through the shuttle services that link all the villages of the vallée.
From Val Thorens and Les Menuires (Reberty, Bruyères, bus station, Preyerand), hop on the shuttle buses and get off at Saint-Martin, at l’arrêt « Mairie ". You’ll have only a short walk left: follow Démontagnée road uphill, then turn onto Rue des Places to reach the restaurant.

Saint Martin de Belleville is grouped together in the new town of Les Belleville which includes many villages and typically Savoyard hamlets, with cozy alpine mountain charm: Les Grangeraies, les Places, Villarabout, la Villette, Villarencel, Béranger, le Roux, le Châtelard , Saint-Marcel, le Villard, les Varcins, Villarbon, Villarenger, les Granges, Praranger, le Bettaix, Levassaix, la Rochette.
You can come to Le Montagnard restaurant by foot or ski, but also by car, taxi, bus or shuttle. Parking is free in the village of Saint Martin de Belleville. You just need a free parking disk that you can ask for at the Tourist office, so you can park in the restricted blue areas downtown village. There are free shuttle buses that will drive you round trip to Les Menuires, Val-Thorens and the villages of Saint Martin de Belleville. You can also call us so we will pick you up with our private free shuttle from all the villages and hamlets of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. You need to call us up to 15 minutes before. We can transport up to 8 people at a time, with skiing equipment. You can not miss our shuttle with our logo on the sides!
You can access Saint Martin de Belleville by various ways of transportation : you can reach the village by train from the closest train station, Moûtiers Salins Brides-les-Bains, 20 km away from Saint Martin de Belleville. You can come by plane from the closest airports, Geneva international airport (134 km) or Lyon - Saint Exupéry airport (180 km). Transfers by bus, taxi et car rental are available in Moutiers, Geneva and Lyon.
Do not hesitate to prepare your trip by checking your road on Google map. And don't forget to check the weather. St-Martin-de-Belleville is at an altitude of 1400 m, with mountain climate. You will find snow in the winter that requires special equipment for vehicules to be able to drive on the road. It is actually mandatory that your car is equipped with steel or fabric snow chains, and four winter tires. You could risk a 135 euros fine if your vehicule does not have the proper equipment.
