We’re thrilled to announce the return of Julien Marchand, our head chef, Maxime, the kitchen’s all-rounder, Anna, now promoted to chef de partie, and Zoé, our talented barwoman, for another summer season at Le Montagnard.
After a wonderful winter season together, they’re back with the same passion and the desire to delight your taste buds once again.
Julien champions a seasonal, generous, and committed cuisine. Every ingredient is used in its entiret, from root to edible flower, in a zero-waste approach. He brings out the best in mountain-aged cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as local meats and fish, crafting dishes that are as honest as they are delicious.
Maxime, a trained baker and true all-rounder in the kitchen, moves effortlessly from one station to another. He’ll delight you with desserts that are as refined as they are creative (and will be attempting to climb the Cochet in flip-flops this summer—yes, a lost bet!).
Anna, after starting as a commis this winter, steps up as chef de partie this summer. A great progression that reflects her dedication, commitment, and passion for the craft.
Zoé, behind the bar, will be serving up her signature cocktails, with or without alcohol, fresh, surprising creations full of character, perfect for sipping on the terrace.
