Who are we?

Margot, Valentin & Lucie, the great-grandchildren of Nicolas JAY. We are in our early thirties, with several years of experience in the restaurant business.
We attach great importance to the origin of the products used in our kitchen, as well as to the atmosphere of our establishment: decoration, layout and attention to detail.
Le Montagnard places a high value on providing a warm welcome and high quality service combined with a desire to share and a friendly atmosphere.
