On July 14th, Le Montagnard restaurant invites you to celebrate the national holiday in a warm, gourmet and festive atmosphere, right in the heart of the mountains.
Starting at 7pm, enjoy a unique evening, imagined as a culinary journey through the French terroirs. It's the perfect way to celebrate July 14th, while discovering or rediscovering the finest flavors of our regions.
The evening's program
- Live concert with the Sunny Side Up duo, a musical mix of folk, jazz and soul.
- Throw biodegradable lanterns to light up the night.
- A tricolor atmosphere to mark this national holiday with elegance and conviviality.
- Special National Day cocktail included.
A unique menu: the Tour de France of Flavours
The chef and his team propose a six-stage menu, a gourmet tribute to the terroirs of France, from the sea to the mountains:
- Alsace: Vegetable stuffed cabbage with Munster cheese and Riesling vinaigrette
- Provence: tomato gazpacho, basil oil, parmesan tuile
- Brittany: Roasted pollack fish, potato mousseline, beurre blanc and samphire
- South-West: Duck breast, carrot declension, Cahors jus
- Savoie: Local cheeses with bread from our village baker
- Pays Basque: Basque cake with vanilla cream and cherry coulis
